Nampaknyer invitation for wedding from my frenz xputus2 sejak dua menjak ni.. Tq 4 invitation.. Tahniah buat kawan2 yg telah pun melayari bahtera perkahwinan.. seronok tgk keceriaan wajah pengantin2 baru ni..seronok ek kawin?? huhu..So..tahun ni jer 3 weddings yg sy xlepaskan peluang menghadirinya yeh~~

i. Kak Nanie & Hafiz ( June 08, Slim River)
-budak2 medic especially budak2 in my batch ni suke kawan awl time study.hehe~..diorg ni rase nye pasangan yg ke-4 kot yg kawin! so nampak nyer kak nani n hafiz telah membuktikan bahawa berkahwin awal ketika belajar bukan penghalang utk berjaya.. hehe~

ii. Effa & Locx ( Nov 08, Sg.Besar)

iii. Asma' & Farouk (Dec 08, Slim River )
- another kapel from our batch.. nampaknyer kawan2 sy from slim ni pantas sungguh jodoh mereka..after hafiz ..asma' pula menyusul..ape rahsia korg ek?? huhu..

So..who's next?.. if tahun ni my galz fren mendirikan rumah tangga..next year 2009 ..nampaknye boyz pula tidak melepaskan peluang utk menamatkan zaman bujang mereka.. wah~~ dats good..so lets check out my wedding diary ! ahakz

- he's my senior time kat SMAPL dulu.. time kat sekolah dulu juz taw name je laa..biasa la jed ketua batch die so sumer org kenal..hehe..so kamcing pun time matrix.. geng tgk movie n jln2 cr mkn~ hehe..

ii. Kuzek..31 Jan 09 ( KL)
- he's my scolmate kat SMAPL gak..kalu xsilap pernah seklas ngan kuzek time form 2..2 Al-Battani..tul kan?huhu..sy ni de memory problem sket..xcukup megabite for save memory..ahakz~.. nothin' much to say bout kuzek coz time kat sekolah dulu cam gitu2 jer..haha..congrate ek kuzek..tetiba meletup ko nak kawen~~ rase nye ko d'1st boy yg kawen dlm batch kite rite? semoga berbahagia hg akhir hayat.. amin


iii. Adham..1 Feb 09 ( Port Dickson)
- adham also my schoolmate.. rase nye pernah sekelas dgn adham gak time form 2~~uh lame xdgr citer pasal adham..tup tup jer nk kawen.. tau pun bile ain message tanye nk join gathering batch kat PD sempena nk g wedding adham ni..wah sound good! uh berfikir byk kali nk gi ke tak.. bukan ape..memikirkan exam juz around the corner..uh risau gak..but i think ni laa masa nk jumpe kawan2 balik..pasni da keje sure susah nk together2 lg..so at last my answer is yes!..i'll join the gathering..c yaa my frenz!


iv. Aswat..8 Feb 09 ( Tg.Malim)
- terbaca buletin kat friendster tadi..jemputan ke majlis walimatus urus aswat..wah..congrate2..actly aswat ni not my scholmate or ape2 mate pun laa..kenal die thru my fren time keje kat pharmcy dulu.. so kire da kawan la jughak kan~ kawan se tg.malim~ hehe..xmalu laa kan..xkesah laa kan..congrate ya!! yg penting sy tumpang gembira di atas perkahwinan anda ya Aswat ( if terbaca )..



okies..so ade sesape lagi lg yg ingin melangsungkan perkahwinan?? sila laa jgn malu2 menjemput sy ke majlis anda~~ huhu.. insyaAllah..panjang umur..murah rezki..if ade kelapangan waktu..pasti tidak melepas peluang utk menghadiri majlis walimatul urus anda!!



Hopefully..Semoga ikatan perkahwinan yg terjalin berkekalan hingga ke akhir hayat.. semoga penghijarahan kawan2 sumer ke alam baru memberi seribu satu kebahagiaan..dunia n akhirat..amin..

Surgery oh Surgery~~

al kisah..

Berlalu sudah 3 wk surgery posting yg sgt memenatkan but sgt menyeronokkan!!..so tinggal 2 wk lg b4 end of posting exam..wah cepatnya masa berlalu..rasa 3wk ni sgt cepat..uh i really like surgery posting so much..huhu..dulu pernah simpan angan2 nk jd surgeon..but rase nye cam xkesampaian coz i realized dat i hav tremor bile start pegang operation stuf.huhu..espcially time nk wat suturing..sgt obvious tremornya~~ wawawa..seday..mayb xcukup practice kot..hopefully later can overcome diz prob.hhehe...amin

So far after 3 wk..byk perkara2 baru yg saya belajar...Antaranya diz time baru terasa terexpose to so many interesting cases in the ward ..byk clinical2 skill yg di improve kan..dulu time phase 3A cam terkial2 je bile nk wat examination..then the most important thin' is we learn how to manage the patient..huhu.. terasa wah byk nye improvemnt..but still got some more to improve..lacking here and there..ermm hopefully sempt cover b4 final exam...amin

Antara perkara2 menarik during diz surgery posting:

- 1st week

da kena present bedside isk2: so clerk la sorg patient ni..initially presented wif history of left upper limb swelling bout 1 month..asal2nye die kena needle stick injury time menjahit jer..pas2 makin teruk pas die g urut kat bomoh..i'm not saying dat traditional med is not good..so bile da teruk sgt..sampai xboleh angkat tangan n sakit yg sgt kuat baru die g hospital..then admitted.after investigated found out there's subclavian vein thrombosis..treated wif anticoagulant sume laa kan..after discharge pun makcik tu ckp tangan die still bengkak gak..1wk je ok..pastu bengkak tu makin teruk..then finally developed shortness of breath..masuk blk hospital 4 2nd time..2nd day die admitted laa sy clerk makcik ni..time 1st jumpe time..die cam xcomfortable..mngadu sakit sume..tangan xle angkat..jari2 xle gerak..kesian sgt..bile sy cek case note..rupe2 this admission doctor notice ade lump kat left breast die..then ada beberapa lymph node enlarged gak below axilla..so agak susah mula2 nk amik history from makcik ni..coz die cam look so ill n depress..but after lame gak rapport..baru dpt examine..dat good for me coz i can appreacite the findings..but not for diz makcik coz the next 2 day FNAC result showed that the lump is a cancer..n more specific is an infiltrating ductal breast ca..kesian kan? semoga makcik tu tabah menghadapi dugaan dunia..moral of the story--> plzz to all my fren ( girl only huhu) do breast self examination monthly best time is 1-2 week after 1st day of period!..as simple as 5 steps..(if dunno juz ask me..huhu cam terer laa kan or can search from internet also can!).. prevention is better than cure rite..so mengingat utk diri sendiri juga and buat anda sume

- 2nd week

present tutorial pun bout breast CA.. then time short case pun dapat case breast lump..my groupmate sampai ckp cam da jd specialist breast..uh hakikat tidak~~ terasa takut pula utk diri sendiri..memikirkan incidence (newly diagnosed breast ca cases) increase in number espcially in M'sia..u know why?? late age of 1st pregnancy..meaning wat?? dapat anak lambat bile umur da lanjut..biasanya or more risk if age more than 35..u know why?? adakah perempuan2 skrg susah utk bertemu jodoh or wat?..may be~~..mayb perempuan2 skrg lebih pentingkan carier sampai kawin tu tidak penting bg mereka..so terjadi laa kawin lewat..so dpt anak pun lewat.. so nasihat utk diri sendiri and for all women out there..thin' about it..plzz if da ade jodoh tu kawen cepat2..jgn tunggu2 lg..and cepat2 wat ank.hehe..n bg sesapa belum de jodoh lagi..jgn wat bodo..trry le cr pasangn yg sesuai..agar kita xtergolong antara org2 yg high risk for breast cancer..ok?

- 3 wk :

adalah wk yg plg letih..penat skali..4 hari berturut full with tasks to setel..2 tutorial kena present..monday: kena present management head injury..tuesday :bedside wif mr.cheong..ni best coz doctor trained us liked HO..clerk sume patient kt ward..then present brief history..then discuss management briefly..agak penat laa..coz kul 8 jer da kena g ward nk clerk..sorg cam kena cover 5 beds..pas2 bile time bed side bayangkan laa..gi one by one patient...uh nak abeskan more than 30 beds in ward..x ke kejang kaki berdiri..so dr kul 8-10 clerk..11-1 lbh bedside.uh mmg fatigue sgt after dat...xpela..blaja punya pasal..the best thin' for dat day is..for the 1st time i see this xray..so can u guess what's the finding in diz xray??

Answer: air under diaphragm (right side)

Mr.cheong said: plzz ingat diz xray sampai mati! huhu..sure doc!

- wednesday:

ni pun hari yg agak menarik..coz kitorg kena follow plastic surgeon..actly diz 2nd class kitorg..1st time 1st wk..bile ckp plastic surgeon jer ( no need to mention the name) sume cam cuak gak..coz dat doctor mmg agak 'scary movie' sket..huhu..coz muke cam serius giler..but so far ok jer die..not so bad..byk gak dia ajar..alot i learnt from him.. plastic posting quite intersting..huhu..yg plg menarik nye dat day..ingatkan xyah clerk case for bedside..last2 ttiba jer doctor soh clerk one patient time kat clinic..so bcoz mmg da my turn 4 clerking so pasrah jer laa.. ala2 HO style laa kan..clerk n examination ala2 less than 30 min i thin so..uh gelabah gile..coz mmg xprepare history sume terus present..da laa blurr giler..xtaw case ape..paham2 je laa case plastic kan pelik2..mmg terbukti case yg sy clerk tu pelik..n seriusly xpernah dgr..doctor sendiri said dat only 1-2 case a year..so juz imagine..how bad my presentation?? huhu..dgn history yg x sempt manage..physical examination yg hampeh..diagnosis xyah cakap laa kan..sure laa xtaw!!..so nk taw case ape?..hav u heard about AMENOBLASTOMA?? dat good if u know..so sad for me coz i really dunno..uh akan ingat sampai mati kes ni..briefly bout this case..a young gentleman aged 20 presented with painless lump over the right jaw..progressively increase in size bout 1 year till the lump became so big enuf to cover half of his face..associated wif gum bleeding..pus discharge wif foul smelling sume laa..pas2 bile doctor tunjuk xray ape ntah name die xingat..huhu..ade embedded teeth kat right mandile with bone cyct if xsilap..uh serius..mmg bile kena descibe xray tu mmg blurrrrr..xtaw nk descibe ape..sebaik laa doctor explain sume..br laa taw ape ke benda nya tuh!!!..good for us know a new thing.. the good thin' is..operation yg patient tu went thru.. for me it's a success operation laa..coz mmg reconstructive yg pastic surgeon wat tu cantik..muke patient tu cam like normal person..actly patient underwent removal of right mandible..n replace with bone flap from iliac creast..u know how long the operation?? 14 hours if im not mistaken..lame gile kan?? but the result soo amazing..itu laa hebat nya plastic surgeon!! huhu~~

- thursday:

1 more tutorial i need to present on dat day..serius dat day mmg da fatigue gile..b4 presentation tu da sakit kepala sgt2..coz rasenye xcukup tido ciapkan slides presentation mlm tuh..mmg xsabar nk abes presentation..coz boley merdeka daa..after tuto sempt lg g ward teman kak fatimah clerk case for bedside esoknya..balik tuh..mmg terus pengsan..qada' tido laa..tau brapa lame?? 11 hours..yeh! puas hati..haha

-friday:

setelah berapa lama try to observe mamogram xdpt2 coz timetable yg pack..so td berjaya juger..ermm..after observed dgn mata kepala sendiri..baru taw camne..the procedure i juz can say dat it's a very uncomfortable .. but no doubt to do it.. uh also new experience for me today..thanks god coz give me this opportunity..n make me to think dat..sy sepatutnya sgt bersyukur coz diberi kesihatan yg baik..and hopefully dijauhkan dari segala penyakit2 chronic..amin

excited dpt tgk mamogram~~hehe

so..after everythin setel for diz wek..relak kan diri..coz cam da lame xtgk movie..so sgt terhibur sgt td dpt tgk Bolt..so sweet laa citer tuh...uh akhirnya..tiba juga weken hari utk berehat!! yeh~~



so..another 2 wk to go! caiyuk~~

Apa yg perlu sy buat skrg??

Kesibukan yg melanda...hari2 yg boleh dikatakan sgt pack with bedside teaching..clinic..tutorial..uh tak dpt digambarkan kepenatan yg melanda~~..dari hari ke hari terasa nk update my blog..dari hari ke hari terasa want to say and share sumthin..but so sad..masa tidak mengizin..hari2 bile balk rumah jer~~..keletihan tahap max menguasai diri..uh~~ ingat kan posting surgery ni boley laa relax2..but sebaliknya berlaku..adeh~~ cam same jer time ortho posting dulu..serius fatigue giler everyday!!..wah..ni baru time student..bygkan da HO nanti..hactic kejer..on call..wat so eva laa kan..mampu sy menghadapi sume nya?? insyaAllah..jika kena pada cara nya..jika kita ikhlas keranaNya..semuanya pasti dipermudahkan..amin

Masa berlalu terasa begitu pantas skali..tup tap tup tap da masuk 3rd week posting surgery.

cam xcaya..tup tap tup tap nanti dah end of posting exam..then masuk final posting Medicine lak..then FINAL EXAM!! takut nyerr~~ cam tak prepare pape lg ni..cuak2

but still cam relax2 lg..ermm entah laa..

i need somebdy to push me up plzz..

terasa cam diri kurang bersemangat.. terasa cam terkapai2 di awangan~~

coz 1st day samapi jer..hujan lebat giler..

sampai2 jer umah sewa..dlm umah banjir..adeh~~

kecewa da..cam petanda xbaik..

sebaik owner umh baiki cepat..setel..

then..Mr.Mohan lak cuti 2 week..

seday..xde org nk ajar..

so self-learning laa konon..ala paham2 je laa kan..

then..continue in Hosp.Ipoh..

ok laa.. but sgt penat..

Everyday...

7.30am-- kena gi pass over

after that follow ward round lak..

then..g clinic laa til 12.30 ..

after dat afternoon tutorial lg..

pas2 study gp..

blk umah da mlm..penat..

layan internet jab..tido~~~ ZzzzZZzz

cam2 la hari2..

Wlaupun..so many thing need to be learn in 5 wk during diz posting..

i thin' i hav learned sumthin'..althou juz superficial of it..huhu

not so bad rite~~

espcially time viva exam n short case..

byk belajar tuh!!

wah!! menarik2 utk dikongsikan..ahakz

Pass over:

time kat Taiping byk gak blaja..coz HO not only present the new admission cases but Mr.Grumet always ask alot of ques that i thin' really important to us to know n find out more bout it~~..

but in ipoh..pass over juz liked too fast..HO present case bla bla bla..then bg tau management of patient..pastu daa..proceed nx case..so cam xblaja byk sgt..only thing that leh grap laa case2 penting yg admit n little bit bout d'management..ok laa~~

Ward round:

so far dapat laa observe..clerk and familiar kan diri wif all d'commom cases in ortho ward.. if we talk about orthopedic jer..mesti org ingat only deal wif bones..fractures..n yg seangkatan dgn nyer laa kan..but the real thin' is..in the ward..alot of cases wif diabetic foot ulcer laa kan..really2 sad when see patient kena amputate sume.. pastu dgn ulcer yg agak chronic sampai nampak bone, tendon sume.. macam mane laa boleh jd camni ek?? salah doctor?? salah patient sendiri?? or salah siapa?? for me..jgn salahkan sesiapa..setiap org ade tanggungjawab masing2..Patient education is very important~~..patient itself kena aware n concern bout their condition also..

so dua2 pihak2 pun kena sama2 memainkan peranan masing2 laa kan..

wah~ ckp senang laa kan..

clinic sesion wif specialist:

sempat laa join sport clinic wif Mr.Sharif yg comel..n arthroplasty clinic wif dr.Suppra yg best..

ade laa gak idea bile tgk2 case time clinic tuh..xde laa blurr sgt nanti bile da jd HO..ahakz..

but xde kesempatan nk join general clinic..coz time follow mr.Mano die bz memanjang..seday~~

Viva exam:

time ni kecut perut gak laa..the only posting yg de viva2 ni..

sebaik laa examiner Mr.Bala yg cool but horror gak sumetime..n DAto.Subra yg sempoi2 gitu..

so..i got 4 topics la for viva discussion ni..Dato.Bala asked me bout..Recurrent Shoulder dislocation --> uh serius mule2 jer da kantoi..coz xstudy pun pasal ni..seday~~ xtaw pun pasal Bankart and Hill-SAch wat so ever tu laa..wawawa..keciwa byk xtaw jawab..then siap kena demonstrate lg Apprehension test tuh!! waduh sebaik den sempat pratice wif my groupmate a day b4 exam kalau tak kantoi lg di situ~~ 2nd ques lak bout carpal tunel syndrome..sebaik ok jer laa..cover blk~~ hehe..

then Dato' Subra tanye pasal Colle's and scaphoid fracture tuh..wah siap suruh wat CMR lg tuh..

adeh ..kantoi xreti~~..coz sepanjang posting xpenah tgk CMR..haha..teruk kan..tu laa tu sebab xreti jawab exam..padan muka diri sendiri..malas sgt~~ xpe laa standard laa br undergraduate..i'm still learning..uhuk~

Written paper:

nothing much to tell coz..soklan SAQ straight to d'point laa bout osteoarthritis n complicated with septic arthritis laa..MCQ cam bese..susah..xreti jawab~

last but not least: Short case exam

my examiners: Mr. Mano (scary person maa)..Mr.Sharif ( so cute..haha)

my patient, 12 y/o, girl, wif osteochondroma..over the distal end of ulna at the posterior part

uh seriusly..1st time jumper case osteochondroma ni~~~..tu laa x pegi clinic lg..haha..

so sebaik laa previous2 gp bgtau suruh bcer bout diz thing coz mmg selalu keluar exam..

Mule2 tu budjet dapt peripheral nerve examnation ker ape..mmg hancur laa kan.. dtg2 jer kat bed patient..Mr. Mano suruh amik brief history and examine the arm ker hand ntah..

wah~~ bile muler2 tgk patient tuh.. ingat kena wat peripheral examination coz die ala2 wat cam wrist drop jer..cuak da..biler tanye history jer..die kate ade lump kat wrist..lega sket~~ examine2 jer..pas2 lump tu hard lak tuh..terus ahh budjet osteochondroma...sebaik laa..

discusion wise..byk gak laa diorg tanye..but so far alhamdulillah ok laa kot..

walaupun rase cam ntah pape jer jawab.. xkesah laa kann...

Oleh itu..respond sy utk issue ini.. setiap org ade org ada hak utk menulis setiap buah fikiran mereka..but yg penting mereka kena pandai menyalurkan setiap apa yg di luahkan itu dgn cara yg betul.. dan yg pasti setiap yg cuber di sampaikan itu wajar laa memberi manfaat bukan menjatuhkan atau memalukan mana2 pihak..

Al kisahnya..

Post kali ini sy tujukan khas buat my best fren..

saudari Effa..yg akan bergelar Pn.Effa tidak berapa lama lg~~huhu

wah mesti cik effa kita ni sudah xsabar2 menunggu hari bahagia dia yg akan berlangsung diz weken..ala2 'Menghitung Hari' ..xgitu effa? ahakz..

So..sebelum effa melangkah ke alam baru nya..meninggalkan zaman bujangnyer..

di kesempatan yg ada ini..ingin sy bercerita sket..

time zaman2 muda kitorg dulu..detik2 effa mula mengenali bakal husband nye..(merangkap our senior kat smap dulu jer actly)..til laa die da bahagia sampai nk mlangkah ke gerbang perkahwinan ni..

Alhamdulillah..

So..al kisahnya bermula..

sy n effa adalah schoolmate time kat smap labu dulu..same2 rumah Merah (rumah sukan)..biasa hostel kitorg stay ikut rumah sukan..but kitorg xpenah satu bilik..klas pun time form 5 jer kitorg jd clasmate..coz effa pandai..so die klas yg first2 jer~huhu.. so time sekolah dulu kitorg biasa2 jer..xde rapat sgt..effa de geng die sendiri..'geng budak2 cun n hot'..haha jgn marah effa..

then..after spm..kitorg same2 dpt PASUM..xsure camne leh kamcing giler ngan effa..kitorg mula rapat since then laa..maybe coz kitorg same2 umh merah kot dulu..haha..semangat rumah tu!!

So..time kat PASUM kemana2 jer kitorg mesti sama..sampai org cakap kitorg kembar~~ apekah??

ade satu masa tu kalau xsilap depan DTC de org tu pandang2 bile kitorg jln pastu tanya.."korg ni kembar ke??" uh pelik giler..xsama pun sy rasa..coz effa comel lg laa~ haha

then..entah camne.rasenye coz effa baik ngan syaz..kitorg kamcing lak ngan syaz ( scoolmate gak)..syaz die pandai lg kitrg..time tu dia tgh preparation nk g Jepun..so stay same wif us kat Kolej 11.. so coz syaz ni time kat sekolah dulu hot..byk giler connection wif senior..so kawan syaz kawan kitorg gak laa dulu..haha..so byk activity bersama kitorg ni..weken xyah cerita..mmg berjalan jer keje kitorg..time tu mmg mula mengenal dunia laa..huhu

Alhamdulillah..sebaik pandai jaga diri lg..enjoy2 gak..study still jalan~~

So..nk d'pendekkan cerita..de laa satu hari ni bojed dtg wif lalok kat cafe kolej 11..1st time lalok (bakal husband effa) dtg PASUM.. ngan rambut ala2 perang gitu..then ngan mata coklet die..biasa mata contact lens~ahakz.. kitorg cam xcaya uh betul ke mamat ni senior kitorg kat smap dulu..biar betul??haha..

Since then..kitorg cam kamcing laa..si lalok ni de jambu time kat smap dulu..haha xtaw la betul ke x..ni sy dgr2 dr budak2 ni..sape lg acad laa..so..if kitorg hang out together2 lalok mest bw die punyer jambu ni..so kitorg cam jd geng movie..n geng jln2 cr makan..haha..yg pasti bojed akan selalu lambat..bukan lambat sket..lambat byk punyer.. kadang citer da start lame baru die dtg.. (sorry jed if terbaca pos ni..huhu)

So..itu cerita time muda2 dulu..(skrg muda lagi)..

so..xtaw laa time bilenyer..bermulanya bibit2 cinta effa n lalok ni time kitorg together2 tuh..

yg pasti mmg da jodoh diorg pun kan.. after abes matric..effa still in UM..n sy da tercampak kat ipoh ni..seday gak..actly nk stay kat UM..coz da rase serasi kat sane..nak wat camne rezki kat ipoh ni..so terpisah laa ngan diorg..mase2 mula amik medic dulu cam quite bz gak..then..syaz pun fly g jepun..acad g UK..so time budak2 oversea ni balik cuti br aktif blk..syaz laa..blk m'sia jer..kaya raya..slalu belanja kitorg mkn! bahagia~~..thanks syaz~~

Penyakit Hati

Dalam hati mereka (golongan yang munafik itu) terdapat penyakit (syak dan hasad dengki), maka Allah tambahkan lagi penyakit itu kepada mereka dan mereka pula akan beroleh azab seksa yang tidak terperi sakitnya, dengan sebab mereka berdusta (dan mendustakan kebenaran).

Ape tu ek penyakit Hati??

Chonic liver failure ker..cirrhosis kot..or hepatoma ek?? uh tu sume medical term.. apa ada dgn nama?? yg penting macam mana kita mencegah dari mendapatnya.. or macam kita mencari penawarnya~~

Sometime kita tak perasan..dalam hati setiap manusia tu ada penyakit hati.. tak percaya?? cube check balik diri kita.. astagfirullah~..kita hamba yg sgt lemah ni kekadang tak mampu utk mengawal perasaan, emosi dan nafsu sendiri..

So..marilah kita sama2 bersihkan hati kita dari penyakit hati ini..

• Banyakkan berdoa kepadaNya dan minta agar kita tergolong dlm org2 yg lembut hati dan di jahui dari sifat hasad dan dengki


• Tanamkan sifat redha kepada Allah..bersyukur laa dgn apa yg ada..tak semesti org lain ada itu dan ini..berjaya itu dan ini..kita masih di tahap bawah lagi..bersabar laa..insyaAllah..masa kita akan tiba jua nanti~

Bg sesiapa yg sudah mononton this movie..surely mempunyai pendapat yg sama dgn sy..this film is so interesting!!..why i said liked that coz..jalan cerita die..watak2 nya..all the actions and mission..sgt meng'uja'kan..huhu..seriusly..bg sy yg sorg yg lurus bendul and agak lampi sket biler tgk movie2 cam ni..agak terkial2 memikirkan ape sebenarnya yg berlaku ni.. adeh~~



Tgk bukan sekadar tgk saje..but we need to think and try to correlate to our life..although this movie briefly is about there's a "somebody" try to control these 2 people's life..n plg perit nye jerry n perempuan ni kena ikot sume arahan "org tu"..if not ade laa balasan yg akan diorg dapat..uh rimas gilerkan??



So..if u want to know what happen with them..?? plz watch this movie ek.. pasti tidak mengecewakan~~..ahakz..

Learning Points from this movie:

• Terpikir tak kiter??..actly everyday sebenarnya setiap gerak geri kita..setiap perbuatan kita ..di lihat..dikawal oleh 'somebody'.. siapa ek?? pastinya tuhan yg maha Esa..Allah S.W.T
• So..kalau laa kite di control oleh Allah macam dlm movie ini..setiap minit detik and ketika..kita di suruh buat itu dan ini..di larang buat itu dan ini..if kita ingkar dgn arahan and at the same time kite terus je dlm blasan and hukuman..uh sanggup ke kite??

• Allah itu maha Berkuasa dan maha Mengetahui..setiap apa yg dberikan itu penuh dengan seribu satu hikmah..Allah berikan kita akal fikiran utk kita berfikir..kita sebagai hamba di atas muka bumi ini kena bijak mengatur setiap langkah dan perbuatan kita..

Al kisahnya..

I hav learnt a lot of things from short case with Dr. Kyin Win yesterday... uh seriusly ..i realized that so many things i dunno yet and i need to improve my knowledges as well as my clinical skill.. aduh..my end of posting exam is juz around d'corner..but i thin' it's not a big issue coz it's not contribute so many marks in our continous assessment..but i more worried about my FINAL MBBS exam which is juz a few months from now..so important 4 me to pass..uh i need to increase my momentum i thin' so..i need to strungle more ..wah2.. semangat berkobar2 ni..but kemalasan kadang2 still melanda.. Ya Allah..berilah kekuatan dan semangat buat hamba mu yg lemah ini..semoga kejayaan sentiasa bersama2 org yg sentiasa berusaha..amin..caiyuk!!

So..lets go thru' what we hav learnt in our bedside teaching (short case) yesterday~~

1st case:

A Org Asli boy..presented with malnutiron..

Kak Fatimah did the general examination.. bla2.. so during discussion, we discussed bout what are the features that we need to work out from head to toe.. wah..so many you know..i also need to practice more.. uh really scared to get this case in exam bcoz so many things the examiner tend to discuss..sumetime simple things u thing u know but surely during exam surely u can't come out with d'answer.. plzz..sy mengingatkan diri sy sendiri and mengingatkan utk kawan2 sume..plzz read up more about malnutrition bcoz it's very common problem in ward.. as we know our org asli population contributed a lot in the prevalance of malnutirion in M'sia.. so be prepared ya!!

Learning Points :

• anyone know what is 'F75'??.. uh for 1st time we learnt bout it..penat la kitorg pikir pe benda laa tu..bile dr.kyin win tunjuk input and output chart for this patient to us.. then dr. gave clue that really bluurr~~..biasa laa we always hav diffuculty to understand wat the dr said..huhu..dr.Ky clue: " u know F1 in Sepang ?? so what is F75??" wah~~ apekah?? everybody blurr.. so many answers come out.. most of us said "Fluid 75"..doc senyum2..gelak2..eay tension..die bg kitorg tertunggu jawapan sume..bukan nk bgtau..saje je suroh kitorg bg jawapan yg xrelevant n bodo2..huhu..pas2 die ckp.. i translate it laa sumthing liked " tu laa u all never observed when stay in ward..never asked..bla2.." adeh~~ yer laa tu..our fault ^_^.. finally dr. gave d' answer..baru la taw "F75 is a Formula 75".. tu pun mule2 blurr gak..owh actly F75 sumethin like formula milk prepared by dietician that contained of nutriotion needed for that patient..ermm i'm also dunno more bout that..so lets' check it out..haha..tu laa sy ckp..byk lg yg xtaw..although posting paeds da nk abes ni..adeh~~

2nd case:

a 10 years old ( if not mistaken laa)..malay..boy.. presented with bilateral loin pain..Dr.Kyin Win asked Kak Wawa to do Abdominal Examination..blaa2..

Learning point:

• for the 1st time..i saw a long tranverse scar at the suprapubic area..so what do u think of?? apekah?? so doctor explained laa all the possible scars in the abdomen..bla2 kan.. dr said mayb he had corrected ape ntah..vesicotomy rasernyer kot..owh..seriusly..mmg xtaw~ adeh..cian buat diri ini..^_^

3rd case:

My turn!! dr asked me to do examination.."u know this case?" dr. asked me.." ermm dunno".."ok do general and abdominal examination!" wah2.. 1st impression from general da agak.. look liked Thalassemia..ok..bile start wat examination tu try laa cari sign2 Thalassemia sumer.. bese laa show off laa paper yg patut..entah camne sy wat examination pun xtaw ler..huhu..bla2..

So..da abes wat examination sume..present laa kat doctor..

" Nabila.16 years 6 month old, Malay, girl, with weight is bla2..height is bla2( xingat)..i thin' is not appropriate to the age but i would liked to plot in the growth chart blaa2.."

[ then dr..gelak2 ..uh sy da konfius~~ " are u sure? what's the model weight/height?" xsure ape soklan die..waktu tu da blurr ape dr ni maksud kan?..ape yg sy salah ni?..adeh~~ blurr giler.. actly sy nk maksudkan kan thala pts besenye presented with short stature sume..dat y laa sy wat statement cam2..huhu..sumethin' goes wrong here?? ape ek?? huhu]..then i continued presentation..

"bla2..then sampai abdominal xm : on inspection..bla2..bile sy ckp there's marks around umbilicus that maybe due Desferal infusion.."

[ dr. da senyum2 lg..adeh ape lg ni?? sy da konfius lg..why i come out with this statement ni coz bese nye thala patient kan on Desferal infusion at home..so bese nye kena laa check ade x marks kat round umbilicus..uh apesal dr ni cam senyum2..ni..sumethin' also goes wrong here??]..continue lg..bla2..then kena wat urine dipstx kat bedside lg..wah2..1st time wat kat bedside ni..slalu xm je br sentuh benda Allah ni~~ pas2 ape lg glaba ah gak..sebaek laa kawan2ku membantu...nk interpret finding lak pas2 da kelam kabut.adeh~..

{ urine dipstx result: 1+ Urobilogen --> so what do u think?? the rest of result was normal..}

then sampai la nk bg summary:

"Nabilah, 16 years old, malay, girl, presented with pallor, jaundice and on examination found to have splenomegaly..i thin' the diagnosis is Thalassemia complicated with...terus xtaw nk nk cakap ape..haha..senyum2 je kat doctor~~ pas2 dr bia je sy pk lg ape problem wif this pts..but i still xphm ape yg clue dr ckp nie..

{ Dr asked: why there's 5 urine containers at bedside..die soh interpret urine color tue..actly..from 5 tu..3 contained of darked colour urine..sumthin liked hemolysis laa..} penat laa sy pkir ape laa doctor nk sy ckp problem patient ni..konfius~~ pk punyer pk..camne laaa if thalassemia ni can cause hemolysis ni...ape yg silap kat cni?? sy dgn konfident nye correct my diagnosis ckp Beta thalassemia major..then dr gelak2 lg..adeh~~ ape la yg silap lg ni?? dr ckp ape yg the only thalassemia thaat can cause Hemolysis..uh seriusly xtaw?? huhu..kantoi d'situ~~

Kak wawa tried to tell sumthin..but xdpt tangkap ..dr plak skema xbg budak2 lain jwb..still tunggu my answer..adeh~~..finally..bingje tuils kat paper..then curi2 pandang laa.." alpha thalasemia/ HbH"..ape lg..terus laa ckp~~ hah..br laa doctor puas ati..uh~~~~~ akhirnya...

Learning Point:

• 1st time jumper HbH case..so i really dunno about the manisfetation wif haemolysis liked that..so i'll remember forever bout that..haha..memalukan.. suke suki jer ckp desferal marks wat so ever..padahal HbH mane de regular blood transfusion..so diorg NOT on desferal pun~~~ adeh..malu giler..patut laa kena gelak.. so dun bluffing~~..huhu
• plzz..when u do short case xm..1st impression when u see the patient is not ur final diagnosis..so jgn terikat wif that..better u thin all the possible differential..
• plzz..better learn how to do urine dipstix at bedside..
• learn more about thalassemia plzz..must know from A-Z..thalassemia not only Beta thal..but u must thin of other types..such as Alpha-thala liked HbH..HbE also.. coz a lots of them in M'sia..so must thin' widely.. dun be liked me~~huhu
• practice more short case!! yeh..make it smooth n try to present confidently ya~~ ^-^

MORAL of THE STORY~

Sumetime we know the theory but unable to apply it..so ape yg kite bace tu if kiter x tgk sendiri dgn mata kepala sendiri..or xkena pada btg hidung sendiri..surely xingat..so..short case is a good practice for us actly..honestly i hav learnt lots from that..books only the guidlines.the best way to learn is from patients itself... so rajin2 la tgk case kat ward..name pun student kan~~ da keje nanti lain cerita laa.. mmg sampai da xlarat nk tgk patient..

The more you see..the more you learn ..rite??

So..another short case class today with dr.Tharam..uh so hopefully..a lots of thin' i can learn before sit for my end posting exam.. wish me all d'best~~

Raya dulu..Raya kini..Raya akan dtg??

atau dgn kata lain..ape beza nye raya time zaman kanak2 kita dulu..ngan zaman kite da 'besar' ni zaman muda remaja~~ ahakz..and macam mane agak nye raya kita zaman akan dtg--> bile da berkerja,berkeluarga onwards..

apa beza nya ek??...uh sungguh byk beza nya utk diri sy..

sy rase anda sume sama sperti sy juga~~

nak taw ape beza nya?? Jom~~

Ikuti kisah hari raya sy...

[Baju Raya]

Raya dulu :

Kalu time kecik2..wah mmg excited giler laa kan time 1st day..mane tak nyer.da puasa full sebulan..abah sure bg duit raya nye..hehe..then time kecik2 dulu mmg excited nk bergaya ngan baju raya baru sume..mane tak nyer..baju sume da ciap awal giler.baju xyah cakap la berapa pasang..artis pun kalah~~ahakz..kekadang tuh sampai 5-6 pasang..isk2 bese laa mak pandai jahit baju sendiri..so beli kain..mmg mak beli banyak giler utk sy..ank bongsu la kan..sorg je perempuan tu yg last..agak bahagia laa kan~~hehe..then baju sume ciap da iron n gantung dlm almari..kalu bole try hari2 tu..mmg hari try..apekah?..kasut raya sume siap susun kat rak cantik2..bile 1st day raya ape lg mmg tunggu masa je nk melaram..tu dulu2 laa..

Raya sekarang :

Quantity baju da berkurang.kalu dulu 5-6 pasang..taun ni 2 pasang jer..huhu..mak pun dah xde mase nk jahit baju..so gi tempah kedai je laa..sebulan sebelum raya da ciap pun..but tahun ni baju hampeh sket..tu yg xsuke tempah2 baju ni..de je yg slack..eay tension betul..nk wat camne pakai je laa..asalkan tutup aurat sudah..tul tak?huhu

Raya akan dtg :

Ermm..maybe xsempat da nak bergaya2 ni.. myb gak da xde baju raya kot..either xsempat nk tempah..xsempat nk shopping raye..coz dat time sure da bz keje siang malam.on call sumer..sure cam da tak excited nk bercantik2 time raya..kalu da berkeluarga mesti utamakan baju anak2 puak dulu..owh so sweet~~ bile laa tu??..haha

[1st day raya]

Raya dulu:

uh zaman kanak2 dulu sgt meriah..setiap hari raya sume adik beradik ade.. kalu time pagi raya wah bilik air sume full.kena tunngu turn nk mandi..then b4 gi semayang raya..kitorg adik beradik akan berkumpul and ade 'salam bersalaman time!!' .. so time ni pun kena ikot turn laa.. so bcoz i'm d' bongsu one..so lame laa sket kena tunggu turn nak sampai turn salam ngan mak abah..huhu..then baru salam sume abang2 and kakakku~~ sob2..then sume g semayang raya..

Raya sekarang:

Ni laa sedih jadi ank bongsu..abg2 n kak sume da kawin.. so sure la diorg akan balik umah mertua lak selang seli every year..so bile time diorg beraya kat umah mertua..sometime tuh boleh laa diorg sume skali blk umah mertua..adeh~..tinggal laa sy sorg2 ngn abah mak..uh hambar giler.. for diz year same thing happen..but Tahun ni sebaik my sis belah mertua die dekat je..so pg raya ade laa skali..alang pulak time pg raya tu..lambt sampai..sebuk urus2 anak2 die laa tuh..so pg raya tahun ini hanya ada abah,mak, akak n family..and most important person who is always available..is ME!!! dimana abaang2 ku yg lain??..Along-->beraya di M'ca and Bkt beruntung rase nye..Abg Chik--> beraya d'Sabak Bernam..Uteh-->beraya d'Johor.. yg pasti sesi 'salam bersalaman' still berjalan..Selamat Hari Raya!

Raya akan dtg:

Masih tak pasti lg macam mane.. terpk jugak..kalu nanti jika ditakdirkan da keje and then dpt lak posting HO kat Sabah..uh dpt ke cuti nk blk raya??..entah2 time pg raya kena keje..bese laa HO mesti kena buli keje punye..lain laa da jd specialist ke ape..leh ah relax2~~..wah so mesti seday..org sume makan ketupat lemang rendang kat umah..kiter sebuk amik darah n jage patient kat ward..if time tuh tgh posting o&G..entah2 tgh tunggu sambut delivery kat labour room..u juz imagine how hactic is it nanti time da keje?..bersabar laa utk dii ku ini~~then..kalu da berkeluarga..kalu ade jodoh laa kan..haha biler laa tuh?? mesti kena beraya umh mertua gak cam abg2 ku jua..so xdpt d'bayangkan camne.hehe..kesian mak ngan abah..mesti tinggal diorg berdua jer..=(

[Beraya]

Raya dulu:

Time kecik2 dulu mmg sgt aktif pergi bjalan beraya..dulu byk geng nk g beraya..ngan cousin2..gi pusing satu kampung..beraya sakan laa kirenye..biasa laa time kecik2 dulu motif utama--> kumpul duit raya laa..haha..teruk kan..biasa laa budak2..itula keseronokan yg ada..

Raya sekarang:

Bile da besar ni..da jadi pemalu sket..bese laa da ank dara dok umah jer time raya..byk tolong mak kat umah..coz mak anak sulong..ramai laa pakcik makcik sedara mara dtg umh 1st day raya..so..ni laa masa utk berkhidmat..mesti mak xmenang tangan kalu xde sy..wlaupun sy tau mak bole wat sume benda..coz mak ligat orgnye..haha..anak die ni lambat sket..bukan lambat sket..lemah lembut..control..haha..apekah?..tak pergi braya mane pun tahun ni..

juz cam tiap2 tahun raya..rumah opah (yg cume selang 2 rumah dr umah sy adelah umah wajib pergi pas solat raya..)..xde abg2 ku mood utk jalan beraya xde..xkan nk g sorg2..mak n abah prefer stay kat umah jer coz surely ramai sedara akan dtg so diorg xdpt nk keluar..so sy pun dok le memerap kat umh..jd anak dara juge~~ huhu.. sebaik ade gak kawan2 sekolah rendah dtg umah beraya..then terus kitorg keluar beraya..wah terhibur seketika..kalu tak..

Raya akan dtg:

ermm..mungkin adat ziarah menziarahi tidak akan di lupekan..it's a must kan!! so mesti diteruskan sampai bile2.

[Duit Raya]

Raya Dulu:

Time kecik2 dulu xyah cakap laa kan..duit raya mmg dpt byk giler..kecik2 da bukak account bank sume..mak ckp simpan sume duit raya nanti nk g umrah..simpan utk blaja sume..baek!!

Raya sekarang:

uh da besar2 ni budjet da xdpt duit raya..but ade gak insan yg bermurah hati nak bg..huhu..dpt laa gak walupun xbyk mane..jd laa utk simpanan masa depan..ahakz

Raya akan datang:

Skrg pun da ade org mintak duit raya kat sy..so tahun depan..insyaAllah..if da keje..will be my turn to give the 'duit raya'..wah byk ni kena budjet..ank buah da ada 18 org skrg ni..cousin sume lagi..wah2..xpe..my pleasure..itu satu kepuasan wat sy pula~~

Ni time singgah raya rumah Nana..yg kat tgh tu..sebelah kiri tu Su!! dua2 pun nk kawen da taun depan..bestnyer korg~~

Ni pulak kat beraya kat umah Azam ( budak yg pakai baju melayu biru tuh)..ni la kawan2 sekolah rendah yg tinggal ..yg da 2 taun dtg rumah ajak jln2 1st raya..tahun depan..xtaw la ade kesempatan lg ke tak??

D'kesempatan yg ada ini..sy ingin menyusun sepuluh jari..
